The VHT Callback® cloud Interactions page is where you can create or edit an interactive dialog between your call center and a customer. Interactions can either be displayed on your website through a widget or by using SMS technology.

A typical Interaction setup would start with an opening question followed by a few response options that, if chosen, would either provide a next step or take a predetermined action.

The following is a sample interaction that might be used by a call center:

Question: How can I help you today?

Response Option 1: I need customer support. (if selected, the next step would be to send the customer to the support Call Target.)

Response Option 2: I need the sales department. (if selected, the next step would be to add another question asking the customer what product they are interested in purchasing.)

Response Option 3: I need the billing department. (If selected, the next step would be to send the customer to the billing Call Target.)
