How do I add a new user?

Adding a new user

Administrators can add users and assign them to roles as they see fit. Follow these steps to add users to a VHT Callback® cloud instance. Start by going to: https://callback.vhtcx.com.

Step 1: Select Organization from the side Configuration menu.
Step 2: Select the Users tab.
Step 3: Click + Add User.
Step 4: Email – Enter the email address of the new user
Step 5: Role – Assign a role to the new user using the VIEWER dropdown menu. 
Step 6: Business Units – If applicable, use the dropdown menu to assign a business unit to a user.
Step 7: Billing Access? – Click this box if you want this user to manage the billing process.
Step 8: Click Save in that user’s row.
Step 9: Click Save Changes (at the top of the window).

An email is automatically sent to the user, which contains a link to the VHT Callback cloud instance. The user will then set up a password and be immediately logged in to the system.

How do I re-send a user account invitation?

Re-sending a user account invitation

Administrators can re-send a user account invitation to an added user who has not yet set up their password. Follow these steps to re-send the user account invitation. Start by going to: https://callback.vhtcx.com.

Step 1: Select Organization from the side Configuration menu.
Step 2: Select the Users tab.
Step 3: Locate the invited user within the list of all user accounts.
Step 4: Click Re-invite.

A pop-up confirmation message will appear when the invitation email is re-sent by the system. Once this email is sent, the Re-invite button goes away.

How does a user log in for the first time?

Logging in for the first time

An automatic email is sent when an administrator adds a user to the VHT Callback cloud instance. This email provides instructions on how to accept the invitation and set up a user account. Click the link in the email to begin the account setup process.

Step 1: In the invitation email, click on the link provided. This will take the user to the VHT Callback cloud first-time login screen.
Step 2: New Password – Enter the new password. Passwords must be at least eight characters in length.
Step 3: Confirm New Password – Re-enter the password used in Step 1.
Step 4: Click Set Password.

If done successfully, the user will be immediately logged in to their VHT Callback cloud instance. If the passwords do not match, or do not meet minimum password requirements, the user will be prompted to re-enter and confirm their password before being logged in.

How do I edit an existing user?

Editing an existing user

The following steps are used to edit a user’s email address and role. Begin at https://callback.vhtcx.com.

Step 1: Select Organization from the side Configuration menu.
Step 2: Select the Users tab.
Step 3: Locate the user to be edited, and click Edit in that row.
Step 4: Edit the email address or user role as needed.
Step 5: Click Save to apply the changes.

IMPORTANT: The VHT Callback cloud administrator is responsible for notifying the user of any relevant account changes.

How do I delete an existing user?

Deleting an existing user

The following steps are used to delete users by an administrator. Begin by going to https://callback.vhtcx.com

Step 1: On the sidebar menu, click Organization.
Step 2: Select the Users tab.
Step 3: Click Delete next to the user to be deleted.
Step 4: When prompted, click Delete User to confirm deletion.
